    Day 1: Check in Ponteceso

Arrival in Ponteceso, starting point of this tour over the Lighthouse Way

    Day 2: Ponteceso – Laxe (25 Km)

On the walk from Ponteceso to Laxe, you will be able to know a bit more about the archeological heritage of Galicia, as you will pass through the Castro A Cibda and the Dolmen Dombate (celtic constructions).
You will walk through pines and eucalypt forests, and you will be able to watch many different bird species.
The arrival in Laxe is simply spectacular, as you come down you will be able to contemplate the big white sand beach, and the intense blue color of the sea.

    Day 3: Laxe – Arou (17 Km)

This day is the shortest one, only 17 km separate you from Arou, your next destination.
It should be highlighted the panoramic view of the Ría de Corme and Laxe, and the small town of Camelle.
Here, you will be able to visit the Museum of Man, that was created by a German artist that fell in love with the region and moved there in the 60´s.

    Day 4: Arou – Camariñas (26 Km)

This stage is undoubtedly one of the most iconic of the whole trail. The walk approaching Faro Vilán is the favorite of the majority of the locals.
Moreover, you will get familiar with the story of the wreck of the British ship, the Serpent, the English Cemetery… a magical place, full of stories and legends.

    Day 5: Camariñas – Muxía (32 Km)

The path that links Camariñas and Muxia is quite long (32 km), but it will take you over 11 beaches, rural hamlets, forests and watermills.
The walk ends up in Muxia, a lovely fishing village that was sadly hit, a few years ago, by the Prestige oil tanker disaster.
We recommend you to go to the Tourist Office, and ask for the Muxiana!

    Day 6: Muxía – Nemiña (24 Km)

Today the path will take you to the most Occidental point of Spain, Cabo Touriñán (and not Finisterre, as most of the people think). Do not forget to ask the locals about this if you wish to start a conversation with them, as they love to talk and talk about it!
You will finish in Nemiña beach, where you will be able to go for a quick swim before you head off.

    Day 7: Nemiña – Finisterre (26 Km)

Finally, the last day of the Lighthouse Trail will take you to one of the most popular places of Galicia, Finisterre.
It is a long walk, so we recommend you to be ready for the last effort. But of course, the scenery from Monte Facho, or the sunset from the Finisterre Lighthouse will be just reward.

    Day 8: Check out

Check out from Finisterre, end of services.
