Yes, we work with many taxi drivers in Galicia, we only need to know the origin, destination and your preferred time.
If you need a transfer from / to the airport, we also need to know your flight details (number and time of departure and arrival). We would really appreciate it if you could let us know about any delay, so we can try to reschedule your transfer.

If you are doing the Camino or any other walking route, your package will usually include luggage transfer from town to town, so you can walk without having to worry about your bags.
Before you start your trip, we will send you a package with a tag for you to put on your bag, and write down your reference number, so the transporter can identify it.

Delivery will usually be no later than 16:00, so your bags will be there when you arrive.
No, you can remove this service if you don´t need it. The price of your package will be lower.

We would recommend you bring comfortable clothes, and walking shoes (boots, shoes or even walking sandals in summer season).
It is just a recommendation, as we understand clothing is quite personal and you may see other walkers wearing trainers or other kind of shoes.
Any person with a reasonable level of fitness will be able to walk the Camino. It is not a professional competition; each Pilgrim will walk at its own speed. If you feel walking days are too long, you can split some of them.
If you are not used to walking, we recommend you train a bit the month before your trip.
The Pilgrim Passport is the document that will allow you to request your “Compostela” (Camino Certificate) when you arrive in Santiago.
You will need to get 2 stamps every walking day: the first one when you begin walking, and the other one when you arrive at your destination.
There are many places where you can get the stamps: hotels, coffee shops, restaurants, churches, Tourism Offices… Many Pilgrims like to collect more than 2 stamps each day, as a sort of “memento” of their journey.
Once you arrive in Santiago, you will need to go to the Pilgrim Office to request your Compostela.
Half Board includes breakfast and dinner.

Regarding dinner, it usually includes two starter options, two main options and dessert. Drinks are not included, but some restaurants offer wine at no extra charge.
Usually there is no problem at all, hotels are used to adapting their meals to vegetarians, vegans and lactose intolerants. Please let us know when you book your trip so we can inform them in advance.
Your “Travel Kit” includes all the relevant information about your trip: your vouchers, addresses, contact details, etc.
In case you are doing a walking route, we will send you maps and walking notes. We will also send you a package with your luggage tags to identify your bags and your Pilgrim Passport (only if you are walking the Camino de Santiago).
