The Portuguese Coastal Way, or Camino Portugués de la Costa, is a fairly recent route which has just obtained an official recognition.
This option begins in the Portuguese city of Porto, and it goes all along the coast up to the Galician boarder, almost in parallel with the inland Portuguese Camino.
Once in Redondela both Caminos join together on the same path until Santiago.
Although it is quite a new route, it is becoming very popular; many Pilgrims decide to follow this Camino every year, surely due to the spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean.
You will stay in hotels, country cottages, guesthouses… A range of diverse accommodations, always guaranteeing a private room with a private bathroom for you to rest.
Recommended to every pilgrim who want to enjoy amazing sea views, fishing villages and the Galician South area.
Please note that our itineraries are completely flexible. If you have a different idea in mind (want to add or remove nights, services, etc), you can just let us know.
